Support Specialist III (CCBHC)

Position Description

Individuals in this position perform a variety of support services assignments, and other tasks consistent with the needs of the agency. Strong typing skills, good organization skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision are prerequisites of this position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answers incoming telephone calls and routes calls as appropriate.
  2. Produces information and answers questions about the agency when phone calls or written inquiries are received regarding the agency.
  3. Types reports/correspondence, files appropriate documents, and provides other support services as assigned.
  4. Maintain and complete recurring non-clinical assessments related to compliance within the CCBHC program.
  5. Provides support services to Outpatient supervisors and CCBHC director.
  6. Provide support and reminders to supervisors and staff regarding compliance and completion of CCBHC related services.
  7. Ensure compliance across all outpatient programs through the monitoring of data related reports.
  8. Provide feedback, workflow changes, and information back to the CCBHC director and outpatient supervisors as needed for program compliance.
  9. Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.

Minimum Training and Experience

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three (3) years of full-time secretarial/clerical experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access database) is required.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to make appropriate decisions will be essential in this position.
